Mr. Dubow is a senior vice president of The Camden Group with more than 29 years of healthcare consulting experience. He assists healthcare organizations throughout the nation including acute care hospitals, teaching hospitals and academic medical centers, ambulatory care providers, post-acute care organizations, health plans, and physician organizations. Mr. Dubow guides those organizations in determining their strategy in light of healthcare reform and in establishing the most appropriate model of care to apply as they transition from a fee-for-service to a fee-for-value environment. In support of this, he assists hospitals and physician organizations in the formation and refinement of integrated delivery systems, as well as establishing bundled payment, co-management, hospital outpatient department arrangements, and other forms of alignment. He works with organizations to determine their need for and benefit of forming strategic partnerships and the evaluation of potential candidates. As a national expert in establishing growth strategies, he applies those concepts in the development and enhancement of Centers of Excellence/Institutes specific to cardiovascular, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedics, and women’s services, among other clinical services.

Mr. Dubow is a frequent speaker on these subjects, and in 2013, on a quarterly basis, he will co-teach a course on behalf of the American College of Healthcare Executives titled, “Hospitals, and Integrated Networks of the Future – Practical Solutions for Becoming Sustainable and High Performing.” Additionally, Mr. Dubow regularly facilitates retreats and meetings and has published books and articles on a wide variety of topics.

Mr. Dubow is distinguished through his development and application of TIPSE^SM and scenario analysis techniques which enable organizations to identify and evaluate the implications and strategic opportunities inherent in industry trends, as well as Vision by Design^SM which is used to specify an entity’s characteristics in a highly successful future state.

Prior to joining The Camden Group, Mr. Dubow was the president of Applied Strategies LLC, a healthcare consulting firm. Preceding that he was a senior manager in the national healthcare consulting practice of Ernst & Young, LLP where he was the South/West Regional Leader of the firm’s Accelerated Solutions Services and the Director, Strategic Planning Services for the South/West Region.
