Current Open Positions:
- Executive Assistant
Candidate must possess attention to detail, strong organizational, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Will work in a fast-paced environment with ability to juggle multiple, competing tasks and demands. The position supports executive and consulting level employees and coordinates all administrative and office needs. Position requires typing (65+ wpm), great proofreading skills, large report production and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Maintains composure, thinks clearly, and performs well under pressure. Must be proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, 2007. The position requires at least three years of executive support experience in a consulting firm. EXCELLENT BENEFITS. Based in Chicago. EOE.
