Current Open Positions:
- Manager, Business Advisory Services - Chicago
Will prepare and manage the following types of projects: strategic plans, physician-hospital alignment strategy (e.g. ACO, Clinical Integration, employment), service line development, and demand forecasts for presentation and collaboration with the executive team members of hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations. The successful candidate will have a high degree of direct client interaction, be responsible for managing projects, participate in the business development and sale of consulting projects, and use their time in a billed-hours environment. Master’s Degree in business or related field, eight years of consulting or hospital-based planning experience required. - Senior Consultant, Business Advisory Services - Chicago
Primary responsibilities will include project management, data analysis and modeling, preparing reports, and incorporating findings in written and graphic form. Projects will include strategic and business plans, physician/hospital alignment, physician practice operations, and service line planning. In addition to their participation in various projects, senior consultants are also responsible for preparing proposals, and supporting the office’s development activities. Senior Consultants will gain project management, communications, and analytical skills, while building an intimate knowledge of the healthcare industry. Senior Consultants may direct others in managing the completion of client work. MBA or equivalent health related degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree with three to five years experience in hospital or provider consulting.
All of our positions require proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, the ability to work well with individuals at all levels of an organization, and excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Based in either Los Angeles or Chicago, with work locally and throughout the nation. Comprehensive compensation packages offered.
