Ms. Heideman is a senior consultant with The Camden Group.  She specializes in medical group management and clinical department development, with an emphasis on strategic development, operational assessment, and financial performance improvement.

Prior to joining The Camden Group, Ms. Heideman served as Executive Director, Physician Practice, for Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, a 60-provider practice.  She was responsible for hospital-based and satellite clinic operations and business management of all aspects of the physician practice, including budget development and monitoring, billing, collection, coding compliance, program development, and administration of the compensation program.

Before working at Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Ms. Heideman also served as the Administrative Director, Cardiology, for Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, an integrated healthcare system with three hospitals and a 500 physician multispecialty group.  Ms. Heideman was responsible for financial management, operational oversight, site development, and strategic planning.  She has also served in Cardiology practice and hospital management roles at Children's Hospital-Boston and Children's Memorial Hospital.

She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of Medical Group Management Association.

Ms. Heideman earned her bachelor's degree from University of Michigan and her master's degree in hospital and healthcare administration from University of Minnesota.
