Cleo Burtley

Ms. Burtley is a manager with The Camden Group.  She specializes in strategic and facility planning, performance improvement, and service line development.

Ms. Burtley has previously served as senior consultant at Kurt Salmon, focused on strategic planning, physician alignment, clinical performance improvement, facility planning, and clinical service planning initiatives for academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, and regional health systems.  While at Kurt Salmon, she co-authored the “The New Community Hospital Imperative,” a report that explores the current competitive landscape of independent community hospitals.

Prior to Kurt Salmon, Ms. Burtley was an account executive at Sg2 Healthcare Intelligence, where she was responsible for account planning and strategic development with leading hospital organizations on the West Coast.  While at Sg2, she provided decision support for numerous health systems and was responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive business development plans.

Ms. Burtley earned her master’s in business administration from the Anderson School of Management at University of California, Los Angeles, and her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
