Frank G. Flosman

Mr. Flosman is a vice president at The Camden Group and leads the performance improvement group. With over 26 years of healthcare provider experience in clinical, management, and consulting roles, Mr. Flosman is a content specialist in the areas of labor and non-labor resource management, fundamental process redesign, and organizational restructuring. His clinical background is in behavioral health. Mr. Flosman has worked with a variety of healthcare organizations across the country – from community hospitals to healthcare systems to public hospitals. He has extensive expertise in operations improvement, including patient throughput and departmental performance enhancement, which result in significant cost savings for healthcare organizations.

Prior to joining The Camden Group, Mr. Flosman worked as a director for Wellspring Partners where he led various operations improvement projects, as well as internal initiatives to develop and implement a variety of better practice methodologies and tools. He uses the best applications from LEAN, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to achieve sustainable results. He has worked as a consulting manager for RSM McGladrey/TriBrook, Arthur Andersen, PwC, and APM. Mr. Flosman’s consulting work followed a 15-year career as an administrator and clinician in healthcare provider settings.

Mr. Flosman is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has written numerous articles on redesigning hospital processes, and improving healthcare service efficiency and alignment of quality, efficacy, and performance. Mr. Flosman is a frequent speaker at a variety of seminars related to process efficiency and performance improvement.

Mr. Flosman earned an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and holds a BS in Psychology and a BA in English from Loyola University of Chicago.
